Chaska Youth Softball Association


Welcome to CYSA's internet dugout.  CYSA's goal is to provide the youth of Chaska and its surrounding communities the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of softball in a safe, fun, and positive environment while teaching the values of teamwork and sportsmanship.  CYSA offers two softball programs for its youth:   In-House (recreational) and Traveling (competitive).  CYSA is affiliated with the Chaska Parks, Recreation, and Arts Department, but equal status is given to all girls from the area covered by School District 112.

Registrations are now open for the 2017 8U, 10U, and 12U  Summer Traveling League as well as the K thru High School In House League.  All registrations before March 1st will receive the $20 early bird registration discount.  Please register for the appropriate age level for traveling.  The travel teams are based upon the player's age on January 1, 2017.  In House is based on the player's current grade.  To register for the traveling or in house league go to the registration menu.


Please mark your calendars for Traveling League tryouts on Saturday, March 18 or In House tryouts on Sunday, March 19.  The tryouts are mandatory and all players must attend.   If you have any questions regarding the Traveling League, please contact Jason Karrmann at  For the In House League please contact Brian Boche at

Apparel Store Now Open!

The apparel store is now open!  Purchase Rivals and Chaska Youth Softball apparel, equipment, cleats, pants, and bags for the upcoming season.  Brand names include Under Armour, Mizuno, Nike and more.  Some items can be customized with a name and player number.  There is something for everyone in the family.  Items purchased will be delivered to your door by early April.  Visit the Rivals and Chaska Youth Softball stores by going to the Apparel Store menu above.


The 4th Annual BBQ, Brews & Bingo fundraiser will be held on Friday, May 5.  We expect this year's event to be better than ever with opportunities to win some great prizes.  Tickets that are purchased during the registration process will be given at tryouts.  Remember, tickets can be sold to friends, family or neighbors if you cannot attend.  Tickets include a catered BBQ dinner and two beers or soda.  Bingo will be available to purchase at the event.  We will look forward to seeing you there!
