Refund Policy

Refund Policy - (Revised September 18, 2018)

The refund policy for families who have registered for K/1/2 In House, Community League and 8U-12U Traveling is as follows:

  • 100% of your registration fee & BBQ tickets (minus a $15 processing fee) will be reimbursed up to and including the day of tryouts for any reason.
  • After the tryout date and up to the date of Game 5 of the season 50% of your registration fee (minus a $15 processing fee) will be reimbursed due to player injury or family relocation.  K/1/2 & Community players will also receive a deduction for the cost of the uniform as it is included in  the registration fee.  Player may keep the uniform.
  • No refunds will be granted after the date of the 5th game of the season.


The refund policy for families who have registered for Rivals or West Metro Thunder is as follows:

Outside of the above, there will be no refund after teams are formed.
