Refund Policy

Refund Policy - (Revised September 18, 2018)

The refund policy for families who have registered for K/1/2 In House, Community League, 8U-12U Traveling and West Metro Thunder is as follows:

  • 100% of your registration fee & BBQ tickets (minus a $15 processing fee) will be reimbursed up to and including the day of tryouts for any reason.
  • After the tryout date and up to the date of Game 5 of the season 50% of your registration fee (minus a $15 processing fee) will be reimbursed due to player injury or family relocation.  K/1/2 & Community players will also receive a deduction for the cost of the uniform as it is included in  the registration fee.  Player may keep the uniform.
  • No refunds will be granted after the date of the 5th game of the season.


The refund policy for families who have registered for Rivals  is as follows:

Outside of the above, there will be no refund after teams are formed.
