CYSA 12u/14U Catchers and their parents –

We are excited to share this unique and limited availability catching learning opportunity for our CYSA catchers for this winter (6 player max, FCFS). We are pleased to introduce Cortney Hokanson, a softball catching coach, who is focused on helping motivated athletes (ages 14–22) gain confidence, exposure, and elite-level training. Cortney works with catchers 1-on-1 through personalized training and small group development. Cortney will help develop confidence behind the plate as she builds your skill set of receiving, throwing, and blocking. Cortney brings collegiate and international playing experience, along with over 15 years behind the plate. She’s known for developing a refined glove-side knee-down stance—one that not only elevated her own game to the international level but has also helped hundreds of catchers build confidence and consistency in theirs. Cortney has coached catchers at every level, from 10U athletes to junior and developmental National Team players in both Australia and the USA.

The catching training will be from 8 – 9 PM in the Eastern Carver County Sports Dome on the following 6 dates: 12/1, 12/15, 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, 2/16. Please view Cortney’s Catching Coaching Plan Here
