Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

K12 In-House League

REFUND POLICY The refund policy for K/1/2, 8U Travel, 10U Travel, 12U Travel and all community league teams is as follows: 100% of all fees paid (less $15 processing fee) will be returned for any reason up to the close of registration. After registration closes and up to the date of Game #5 of the season 50% (less $15 processing fee) will be returned for the reason of injury or family relocation ONLY. The cost of the uniform or shirt will not be included in the reimbursement. No refunds will be granted on the date of Game #5 of the season or after for any reason.

Winter Domeball

100% of all fees paid (less $15 processing fee) will be returned for any reason up to and including the day registration closes. After registration closes and up to the date of November 14th, 2025 - 50% (less $15 processing fee) will be returned for the reason of injury or family relocation ONLY. The cost of the uniform or shirt will not be included in the reimbursement. No refunds will be granted after November 14th, 2025 or after for any reason.
